Agastche foeniculum
Irresistible to bees, this native species blooms most of the summer. Soft purple blossoms and fragrant leaves can be gathered to make a sweet licorice-flavoured tea. Soft green leaves give off a delightful scent when rubbed. One of our family's favourites. Great for renaturalization projects. Mint family. Spreads by rhizomes.
