Cornus alba
Fast growing, multi-stemmed, shrub with deep-red branches that highlight garden areas all winter. Useful in seasonal branch arrangements. Cheerful clusters of creamy flowers become white berries that are enjoyed by birds. Stems provide a great nesting location. Resistant to deer and rabbit browsing. A low maintenance erosion solution, will form a thicket in moist areas. Full sun to partial shade, but avoid full shade. Bright fall colours.
