Viburnum lentago
A friendly Ontario native. Small, oval, glossy leaves and abundant snowball flowers. Grows well in moist areas. In the fall, clusters of deep blue berries with a smooth flat seed replace the blossoms. Beloved by birds, a welcomed treat to foragers and homesteaders who enjoy the subtle and unusual flavours of nature.
